I'd like to know from job recruiters what are the type of little things that they notice from interviewees that make them not want to hire someone.
Here are some questions I have. What are some of the things which stand out to you in potential candidates looking for employment? Is it better to be concise or to use longer examples to describe all of my points and experiences? How important is personality or “likeability” in a candidate?
